Refund policy

If Nightlid isn’t right for you, you get your money back. Within 14 days of purchase, for any reason.

How to ask

1. Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, or reply to your Polar receipt.
2. Include your order number or license key if you have it at hand. You don’t have to give a reason (but we’d love to know what didn’t work).

We refund the full amount through Polar, our merchant of record, to your original payment method — usually within a few business days; your bank may take longer to show it. The license key is deactivated after the refund.

Update renewals

An optional update renewal can also be refunded within 14 days of purchase.

After 14 days

Write to us anyway if something is wrong — especially if Nightlid doesn’t work on your Mac. Your statutory rights as a consumer, including those regarding defective digital content, are not limited by this policy.
